District Operations Supervisor

Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Marietta, GA - OnsiteYour ResponsibilitiesAct as the escalation contact for customer issues or concernsSupport sales through job quotation and estimationApprove estimates for scope of work, labor hours and material content, assesses profit risk of jobs, control material and labor costs, and provides feedback to the District ManagerEstablish project timelines, meet with customers to communicate and coordinate project scheduleManage projects, assign Technicians, oversee ordering of equipment and material, and assure that proper customer sign-offs are secured per JSOX requirementsProvide leadership and supervision to technician team and be responsible for the team’s development and trainingOversee quotation of call-in work, transactional sales, and assign techs as needed to ensure that quotes are delivered to customers on a timely basisProvide consistent interface with current customer base and establish effective working relationships in order to identify additional selling opportunitiesEnsure that maintenance contract commitments are fulfilled and inspections completed on time.Provides input to Service Coordinators on scheduling activity of techniciansOversee contract renewal, escalation, and upgrades on assigned house accountsWork with the technician team to generate pull-through service and repair work on existing house accountsManage Tech Tip program and lead customer care initiativesResponsible for technician reviews and will ensure completed on time each yearSupport technician training by coordinating training Regional Trainer while reporting training plan and budget to the District ManagerWork with Account Managers and District Manager in order to resolve customer issues, including customer visitsProvide weekly job status, revenue, and warranty recovery report to the District ManagerOwn the performance management of technicians (i.e. goals setting, performance reviews, performance management)Your QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED (Bachelors Preferred)4-6+ years of related work experience in the commercial HVAC industry or related field2+ years of prior experience managing technicians or employees in a similar role requiredExtensive knowledge of HVAC design, systems, applications, and energy saving solutionsDemonstrated success in strategically leading business unitsYour BenefitsDaikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Non-logoed company vehicle with most expenses paidMultiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off and company paid holidaysPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local lawTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service Work visa sponsorship is not available for this positionThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,300 to $120,700 plus targeted incentive plan in Georgia. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
