A typical day is working a 4-8-hour shift with people on skills such as cooking, cleaning, running errands, hiking, shopping, and enjoying the Duluth scenery! Being a DSP is rewarding and exciting. A DSP will work a set schedule that meets each employee's availability and supports the needs of the individuals we serve. We reimburse for mileage, expenses, and activity fees! We offer training as a DSP therefore no experience in the field is necessary! This position will provide you with the unique opportunity to develop rapport and relationships with each individual you support!The Ideal CandidateThe ideal DSP candidate has a passion for supporting others, getting to know people and enjoy exploring their community doing fun things!
