Coverage Needed Dec 18, 2023 - ongoing Schedule M-F 8a-5p Clinical Details First day consists of hospital orientation, second day is Cerner training with Provider Concierge/IT, third through fifth day is shadowing, elbow support will be provided the first two days seeing patients. Duties: Acute care, new patient visits, annual wellness exams Approximately 16-18 patients per day to see acutes, New Patients, Annual Wellness Exams, Chronic follow ups Requirements Board certified or truly board eligible (0-5 years of completion of residency) Active AZ license Fellowship Local Candidates Highly Preferred will be made priority note at time of name clear Active DEA Clean malpractice/background - highly preferred Must have family medicine experience Covid vaccinated Support Staff Medical Assistant Front Office Assistant EMR Cerner
