Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nashville, TN. As an Industrial Sales Specialist, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the construction and industrial sectors. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, managing existing accounts, and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational goals. You will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project staffing. Qualifications Experience in Industrial Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Outstanding Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN and travel locally to meet with clients as needed.Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales analytics is a plus.Knowledge of the construction and industrial staffing market preferred.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
