We are always looking for outgoing individuals that love the thrill of a fast-paced work environment. _*Please give us a call at (701) 690-7364 if you're interested.*_ *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a welcoming atmosphere. * Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service. * Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling additional menu items to maximize sales. * Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and beverage options like spirits and cocktails to enhance guest experience through personalized recommendations. * Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. * Provide attentive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience. *Skills* * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs professionally. * Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during high-volume periods. * Previous experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. * Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor that encourages guest loyalty.
