Sr Commercial Contracts Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Sr Commercial Contracts Specialist with government agency contract experience. We are an industry leading EV company with opportunities for growth! Duties include the full quote-to-contract lifecycle, ensuring pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Prepare, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear, compliant, and aligned with company policies and legal requirements.Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, making necessary amendments as needed.Maintain a comprehensive contract database, ensuring all contracts are accurately tracked, updated, and accessible for review.Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties fulfill their obligations, and address any compliance issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.Identify potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions and work with stakeholders to mitigate those risks.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.Manage the renewal process for expiring contracts and coordinate termination procedures when necessary, ensuring all legal requirements are met.Prepare reports on contract performance, compliance issues, and potential improvements, and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.Work closely with legal and finance departments to ensure contracts are legally sound, financially viable, and aligned with business objectives.Provide training and support to team members on contract management processes and best practices, ensuring all staff understand their responsibilities regarding contracts.Qualifications:5+ years of full lifecycle sales contract experiencePrior experience working with government contracts requiredBachelor's degree highly preferredBilingual Mandarin preferred, but not requiredStrong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms that are favorable for the organization while maintaining good relationships with clientsAttention to Detail: Ensuring that all contract details are accurate and compliant with regulations.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze contract performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and internal teams.Please submit your resume today as we are urgently looking.
