This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.Pay & Schedule$24/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)2nd shift premium $1/hr / 2pm -- 10pm3rd shift premium $2/hr / 10pm -- 6amFlexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 6am -- 2pmMonday-Fridays with Saturdays as neededShift availability is subject to changeWhat You'll DoSet up, align, and adjust envelope machinesPerform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairsMaintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptimeInspect product quality and minimize wastePerform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacementInstall paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safelyWhat You Need5+ years envelope machine adjusting experienceAdvanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerancesDetail oriented, safety focused, and reliablePhysical RequirementsStanding, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbsExposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glueAbility to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentCenveo is an EEO employer
