Role Description McMillian Tutorials is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Private Tutor for a full-time, on-site role in New York, NY. As a Private Tutor, you will be responsible for creating personalized lesson plans, delivering one-on-one tutoring sessions, tracking student progress, and collaborating with parents or guardians to achieve academic goals. You will utilize various teaching methodologies and tools to adapt to individual learning styles and improve student understanding and performance across various subject areas. Qualifications Strong expertise in subject matter knowledge, including mathematics, science, language arts, and/or social sciencesAbility to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and promote academic successExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students and guardiansProficiency in problem-solving, organization, and time managementCommitment to fostering a safe, encouraging, and supportive learning environmentHoursMonday-Friday5pm - 9pm ESTPay: $15-$20 an hour
