Project Specialist
S-E-A, a national forensic engineering firm, is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Specialist to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, integrity, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. There is a strong administrative support component to this role.*Please note that this opportunity is full-time in-office the first year, with eligibility for flexplace policy thereafter (up to two remote days)*Essential Job Functions & ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closureDefine project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and deliverablesCoordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, finance, and business stakeholdersTrack project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies Take initiative to keep projects moving forward and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding itemsFacilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
