Job Summary:
The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s operations, ensuring accurate production and management of labor. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, minimizing shortages and excess stock, and supporting operational efficiency. The Plant Manager collaborates with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to maintain proper operation levels and meet organizational goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain operation control procedures and best practices.
Ensure plant operations are followed and KPI’s are in place to measure performance.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing overstock and waste.
Investigate and resolve operations discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
Manage labor to ensure efficient production of goods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.
Experience leading or supervising teams is preferred.
Knowledge of inventory control best practices, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout warehouse or storage areas for extended periods.
Capability to lift and carry items up to 25–50 pounds (as required).
Frequent bending, reaching, and climbing (e.g., ladders or stairs).
Visual ability to read labels, screens, and documentation.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks), if required.
Work may occur in varying environments, including warehouse conditions with temperature fluctuations
