Job SummaryThe Service Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the various branches and departments. This position requires a strong focus on relationship management, administrative tasks and communication to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate will possess detail-oriented skillset with experience in coordinating teams and managing people effectively. This person will be exposed to many areas of the business quickly and will have the opportunity to move into other management roles if they choose.DutiesAnswering service calls and relating pertinent information to the service managersHelping to organize the overall workflow of the departmentMaintain accurate records and documentation related to service delivery and client progress.Communicate with customers to ensure Proserv is providing first class serviceHandle customers’ concerns in a quick, efficient and friendly mannerWork closely with other departments and branchesEscalate problems to the manager when necessaryWork with managers and technicians to make sure paperwork, hours and receipts are entered dailyEnsure safety guidelines are being followedCoordinate jobs and personnel across our service centersSpecific dutiesAnswer service callsCreate sales orders/jobsCoordinate and dispatch techniciansWork up service jobs ensuring all costs have been captured and the customer is being billed correctlyHave the knowledge to research parts for service and inspection ticketsOrder parts and issue POs to vendorsOrder equipment and call it off when it is no longer neededQualificationsAssociates degree, Bachelors preferred.
