Cancer center is seeking full-time BC/BE Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join their well-established team- The candidate will work beside our two board-certified hematologists/medical oncologists, our board-certified radiation oncologist, and our certified adult nurse practitioner in this state-of-the-art outpatient setting. - Call rotation is 1:3 during the week and 1:4 on the weekends.- Supported by a robust, multi-disciplinary team including oncology nurse navigators, social worker, oncology dietitian, genetic counselor, financial counselors, onsite radiation oncology and palliative care/hospice services- Offers an onsite infusion center, oncology pharmacy and research team- Prior leadership experience a plus- Demonstrated interest in clinical trials participation and clinical research- Participation in cancer conferences, staff education and continuing medical education efforts.- Competitive base salary and incentive bonus ($200k - $500k base salary dependent on specialty, board certification & experience, with opportunity for additional incentive compensation if applicable.)- Annual quality performance bonus- Health, life and disability insurance- Medical liability insurance- 403(b) Plan- 457(b) deferred compensation plan- Flexible spending account (FSAs)- Professional dues and CME allowance- Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays- Required: MD license, 5 or more years of experience preferred
