Industrial Services Laborer - Lake Ariel, PAJob description:Department:Industrial ServicesReports To:Field Supervisor / Project ManagerPosition SummaryThe Industrial Services Laborer is responsible for safely performing a wide range of industrial cleaning and maintenance services at industrial facilities such as client sites and CT Industrial Services owned sites. This role supports operations including confined space entry, spill response, hydroblasting, line jetting, tank cleaning, vacuum services, and other specialty industrial services. Work is performed in physically demanding environments and requires strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.Essential Duties ResponsibilitiesPerform industrial cleaning services including but not limited to:Confined space entry and attendant dutiesLine jetting and hydroblasting operationsTank cleaning and decontaminationVacuum truck operations supportPipe and process system cleaningSet up and break down job sites, including hoses, pumps, vac systems, and safety equipmentAssist with operation of high-pressure water blasting and jetting equipmentFollow all OSHA, company, and client safety standardsParticipate in daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and safety meetings, as well as safety documentationWear required PPE including respirators, harnesses, and protective suitsMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe conditionWork in confined spaces, elevated areas, and industrial environmentsTravel to customer sites as requiredResponsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisorExtensive traveling is mandatory as needed. Crews typically travel out of town Monday thru FridayPer diem is $50.00 per day that employee is out of town and stays overnight away from home.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredAbility to pass background check, drug screening, and physical examAbility to obtain and maintain required certifications (OSHA 10/30, Confined Space, HAZWOPER, etc.)Ability to perform the physical labor demands of the job responsibilitiesValid driver's license preferredKnowledge, Skills AbilitiesAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsStrong commitment to safety and teamworkMechanical aptitude preferredAbility to work in extreme temperatures and industrial environmentsWillingness to work overtime, weekends, and emergency call-outsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50–75 pounds regularlyAbility to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and crawl for extended periodsAbility to work in confined spaces and at heightsAbility to wear respiratory protection and full PPEWork EnvironmentIndustrial facilities including refineries, manufacturing plants, mills, and processing facilitiesExposure to noise, chemicals, dust, and outdoor weather conditionsFast-paced, safety-sensitive work environmentJob Type: Full-time
