Our team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail, responsiveness, and candidate experience are critical to success.Position OverviewThe Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer plays a key support role in the search process, working closely with recruiters and partners to ensure smooth execution across scheduling, sourcing, and candidate management. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of recruiting coordination or sourcing experience who is highly organized, efficient, and eager to grow within executive search.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment CoordinationCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, including candidates, clients, and internal team membersManage calendars, confirmations, reschedules, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalismMaintain detailed and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and internal systemsSourcing & Candidate SupportConduct candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing toolsAssist with resume screening and initial candidate evaluationsSupport recruiters with candidate outreach, pipeline development, and search executionAdministrative & Team SupportEnsure a high-quality candidate and client experience through timely communicationTrack search progress, interview stages, and feedbackSupport multiple searches simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, or a related recruiting roleProven experience with interview scheduling, resume review, and candidate sourcingStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProfessional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceWhat We’re Looking ForHighly organized, efficient, and proactiveComfortable working in a deadline-driven executive search environmentCollaborative team player with a strong sense of accountabilityInterest in building a long-term career in recruiting or executive searchWork ArrangementHybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Glendale, CA
