Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the strategic direction and priorities of the People technology ecosystem
Partner with leaders to streamline workflows and identify automation opportunities
Lead the People Technology team and manage project timelines and stakeholder communicationRequired QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in People Technology or HRIS management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Advanced Workday expertise, including core HCM and one functional area
Experience building integrations and AI-assisted workflows
Strong knowledge of HR data and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
