Our diagnostic team identifies the problem — and our R&R technicians focus on completing the repair efficiently and correctly. If you prefer productive mechanical work instead of heavy diagnostics , this position is for you. What You'll Be Doing - Engine removal and replacement - Transmission replacement - Suspension and steering repairs - Cooling system repairs - Brake system work - Other major mechanical repairs Our diagnostic technicians handle most of the troubleshooting — allowing you to focus on efficient mechanical repairs. ✅ What We're Looking For - 3+ years automotive repair experience - Strong mechanical ability - Experience with engine or transmission replacement is a plus - Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality - Valid driver's license Diagnostic skills are helpful but not required .
