Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst (Temp-to-Hire)Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104 (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMPay Rate: $33–$37/hr (DOE)Position OverviewThis Senior Financial Analyst role supports finance and administrative operations within a complex healthcare environment. The position is responsible for delivering advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while partnering closely with operational leadership to support strategic and data-driven decision-making. This role also contributes to month-end close activities and ongoing improvements in financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly close processes, including reporting and reconciliationsPerform detailed variance analysis with clear commentary for leadership reportingAssist with annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting cyclesDevelop financial models and reporting tools to support operational decision-makingPartner with operational and divisional leaders to provide financial insightsPrepare executive-level presentations and financial reporting packagesExtract, analyze, and present financial data using enterprise systemsSupport financial planning, performance tracking, and KPI reportingAssist with process improvement initiatives across finance operationsMentor and support junior analysts as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field4+ years of progressive finance experience in a healthcare environmentStrong foundation in finance, accounting, or information systemsExperience with month-end close ownershipBackground in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisStrong executive reporting and presentation skillsExperience partnering with operational leadershipProficiency with Hyperion Essbase / Planning / Reporting tools (required)EPIC experience requiredAdvanced Excel skills preferredStrong communication and analytical skills
