They plan, manage, lead, price, challenge, and innovate to ensure flawless execution while balancing client success with agency business outcomes.We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM, AEP, Workfront, Analytics, and Target. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of Adobe solutions. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of marketing technology to drive digital transformation initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL DOOversee the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budgetDefine project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectivesAct as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, development teams, and Adobe consultantsManage and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure smooth executionTrack project progress, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate updates to stakeholdersWork closely with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverablesOversee resource allocation and team coordination to optimize project efficiencyFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog groomingEnsure compliance with best practices, governance policies, and industry regulations (GDPR, CCPA)WHAT YOU'LL NEEDStrong expertise in Managing Adobe Experience Cloud projects, including AEM, AEP (CDP, CJA), Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe TargetProven expertise in delivering MarTech, CMS, and data-driven marketing solutions for enterprise clientsPrior agency/services experienceProven experience managing a team across different timezonesDeep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate across business and technical teamsHands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar project management toolsStrong ability to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and drive cross-functional teams toward successful project deliveryExperience managing project budgets and optimizing resource allocationNICE TO HAVEBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related fieldPMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Agile certifications preferredAdobe Experience Cloud certifications (AEM, AEP, Workfront, Analytics, Target) are a plusABOUT USBorn in 2001, Code and Theory is a digital-first creative agency that sits at the center of creativity and technology. We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
