Provider will manage a diverse psychiatric patient population in a structured inpatient setting, delivering evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team. ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans Provide crisis intervention as needed Document care accurately and timely in EMR Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and nursing staff Coordinate care with families, case managers, and external stakeholders Ideal Candidate1+ year inpatient psychiatry experience preferred Strong interest in acute behavioral health care Experience with vulnerable populations (substance use, homelessness, severe mental illness) Strong communication and collaborative care approach Comfortable in structured inpatient environment Additional DetailsCollaborative inpatient psychiatry team Exposure to complex, high-acuity behavioral health cases Strong multidisciplinary support system EPIC EMR environment
