This is an outside sales position where you will use modern technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions tailored to each customer's needs.Key Responsibilities Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales systemMeet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess needs and recommend bath remodeling solutionsUse company software to design and present personalized bath layoutsProvide clear pricing and close sales during consultationsParticipate in weekly sales training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skillsMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales processQualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsExperience in in-home sales is highly preferredBackground in the home remodeling or home improvement industry is a plusReliable transportation and ability to travel locallyStrong presentation and public speaking skillsSelf-motivated with strong work ethic and disciplineGoal-oriented professional comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environmentOutgoing and confident personality who enjoys working with peopleCompensation Compensation: $5,000 per month base salary plus uncapped commission.Estimated annual earnings range from $60,000 to $100,000+ , depending on sales performance.
