Cell Platform Development Senior Engineer
Ampace (新能安) is a global battery-technology company specializing in lithium-ion cells and systems for energy storage, data centers, and critical power. Our R&D pairs advanced cell chemistry with semi-solid-state technology to deliver safe, high-performance batteries at scale. This position is based at our R&D center in Xiamen, China.Responsibilities:1. Scout and incubate frontier energy-storage cell technologies.2. Develop advanced cell technology, platform technology, and its implementation.3. Engage global customers and solve their technical problems.4. Lead and manage a frontier-technology development team.Requirements:1. PhD with a research background in chemistry or materials; Li-ion or Na-ion battery experience preferred.2. Familiarity with Li-battery materials and processes, and with EIS, cyclic voltammetry, XRD, and SEM.3. Strong analysis and communication; drive, self-motivation, and resilience; good English.新能安(Ampace)是一家全球领先的电池科技企业,专注于锂离子电芯及电池系统的研发与制造,产品广泛应用于储能、数据中心及关键电源等领域。公司结合先进的电芯化学体系与半固态电池技术,致力于打造兼具高安全性、高性能和规模化生产能力的电池产品。本岗位工作地点位于中国厦门研发中心。岗位职责跟踪并布局储能电芯前沿技术,开展新技术预研与孵化。负责先进电芯技术及平台技术的研发与落地,推动关键技术创新与应用。对接全球客户,提供技术支持,解决产品开发及应用过程中的技术问题。负责前沿技术研发团队的建设与管理,带领团队开展技术攻关和项目推进。任职要求化学、材料等相关专业博士学历,具有锂离子电池或钠离子电池相关研究背景者优先。熟悉锂电池材料体系及制造工艺,掌握电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、循环伏安(CV)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等常用分析测试技术。具备较强的分析判断能力和沟通协调能力,积极主动,具有较强的责任心、抗压能力及团队合作精神;英语能力良好,可满足工作交流需求。
