Job Summary Lead the Technical Department to ensure effective manpower deployment, maintenance, dry-docking planning, cost control, and safety management across all vessels. Responsibilities Lead the Technical Department to coordinate technical operations and maintenance activities on board vessels Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to maintain all machinery on vessels, ensuring operational readiness Develop and execute dry-docking schedules and oversee technical repairs and maintenance during dry-docking Control and monitor vessel maintenance budgets to optimize costs and ensure financial accountability Manage overall safety protocols for vessels, including crew safety and ship condition compliance Requirements At least 5 years’ experiences as Technical Manager Diploma in Marine related or COC 1; Strong interpersonal and leadership skill. #J-18808-Ljbffr
