UI IX Designer - W2 Only

Job Title: UI IX Designer 4 - W2 Only Location- Hybrid work model ( 2-3 days a week) ; candidates must be 50 miles and/or under 1 hr travel time to office/Preferring they are in office Broomfield, Colorado office ; (Peroria , Chicago-IL), Dallas - TX are ok as wellInterview-Via Teams; panel interview, as of now, there will be a total of 2 roundsA LINK TO THE CANDIDATES PORTFOLIO IS REQUIRED**Typical Task BreakdownUse design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (50%)Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)Contribute to design operations, acting as our team authority, to ensure the design team has updated templates, components, Source of Truth. Partner with Program Management to enforce and govern design processes for high-quality deliverables while educating and upskilling team members. (35%)Interaction With TeamIn addition to working with directly with engineering and product teams, you will collaborate with your team of 8 designers and 3 researchers. You will collaborate with 5 additional team members based in India.You may also have the opportunity to collaborate with other UXers in the broader organization for cross-application or app convergence experiencesEducation & Experience RequiredDegree and/or Equivalent ( 8+ years’ experience in User experience )Equivalent is equal to 12+ years working in User Experience; or Certification in UX through a program such as, HFI or General Assembly, and 8+ years working experience in User ExperienceTechnical Skills (Required) Expert Figma skills – specifically around creating components and recipes for design systems, including Make Up-to-date with the latest features in Figma and knows how and when to apply them Low/mid and high-fidelity visuals Prototyping IA flows and other experience flow diagrams (Desired)Knowledge of on-highway and fleet logistics.
