Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patient medication regimens for safety and efficacy. Participate in clinical rounds and provide drug information to healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.QualificationsDoctorate: Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy. 1+ Year as Pharmacy Inpatient. Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.Required SkillsPHARMD - Licensed Pharmacist OR PHARMR - Registered PharmacistPreferred SkillsExperience in an inpatient pharmacy setting.
