Floor Technician

Full-time position| 2nd and 3rd Shift/ Paid Training Provided SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is hiring a Floor Technician to join our team! You’ll help care for some of the most impressive commercial spaces in the country by providing expert floor and surface maintenance. *100% long distance travel is required for this role* What You'll Do: Care for surfaces like carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood Follow safety protocols and quality standards Work as part of a team and occasionally travel (up to 10%) What We Offer: PTO after 90 days 6 Paid Holidays Referral Bonuses – Up to $500 Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Company-Paid Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career advancement opportunities Who Are You: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have 3 to 5 years of experience as a floor technician Must have experience operating a low-speed floor machine/floor buffer Punctual, team-oriented, and dependable Comfortable with physical work (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs) Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines A clean background is required for most client sites
