You will also have thechance to contribute to continuous improvement efforts to boost the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations.Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:Support the Engineering team in the design and implementation of new manufacturing processesAssist with the development and maintenance of manufacturing process documentationParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operationsConduct data analysis and develop recommendations for process improvementParticipate in cross-functional projects and provide support as neededPerform engineering change processes as necessary to support existing productsTests prototypes and standard products and write reports to document the resultsCategorize a wide arrangement of existing partsMaintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and managementEducation and Experience:Currently in year 3 or 4, or a post-graduate, of a 4-year degree program in Electrical Engineering, IndustrialEngineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related Engineering fieldStrong technical and problem-solving skillsBe able to work minimum three days a week continuallyAbility to follow oral and written guidelinesAbility to work effectively in a team environmentOrganized and detail orientedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent computer skills including MS Office and Google SuiteStrong commitment to respect, integrity, and accountabilityWillingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideasPhysical DemandsWork is performed in an office and a manufacturing environment.
