We are seeking a dedicated Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our dynamic outpatient practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive environment where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes, all while enjoying competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.What You Will Do:Provide expert medical oncology and hematology care in a low-volume, outpatient setting, supporting an experienced team of providers and APPs.Manage a diverse patient population with approximately 15 patients daily, focusing on both new assessments and follow-up visits.Collaborate closely with APPs, RNs, and other support staff to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.Participate in tumor board discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical practices.Supervise infusion services and ensure adherence to standard medical supervision models.Required Skills:Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Medical Oncology.Recent patient-facing experience in oncology or hematology.Proficiency in outpatient clinical workflows, EMR systems (Meditech preferred), and collaborative documentation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a supportive team environment.Nice to Have Skills:Prior experience sitting on tumor boards or participating in multidisciplinary case reviews.Familiarity with infusion supervision and supportive care protocols.Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with low to moderate acuity.Preferred Education and Experience:MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.At least 2 years of recent outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice.Certification and licensure in good standing; eligibility for state license.Other Requirements:Availability to start as soon as possible; earlier start dates are welcome.Willingness to work a 3-day workweek (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) with flexibility for alternating shift schedules.Ability to commit to a 12-month contract; longer-term opportunities available.Travel Reimbursements and licensure support provided.Committed to maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.Take the next step in your oncology and hematology career by joining a dedicated team committed to excellence.
