Posting Date03/19/20265200 Virginia Way, Brentwood, Tennessee, 37027, United States of AmericaSr. Technical Data Lead, SalesforceGeneral Purpose of the JobThe Salesforce Sr. Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing design, delivery, optimization of DaVita Scheduling Application system built on Salesforce platform.This role requires strong technical background in Salesforce, data management and integrations with a focus on delivering high-quality, secure and scalable solutions.The Salesforce Sr. Technical Lead will serve as the technical subject matter expert for SalesForce Platform and DaVita Scheduling Application, this person will be also working closely with key stakeholders/business partners and cross-functional teams in DaVita.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:New Feature Development - Requirements, Design, Development and SupportLead technical requirements gathering sessions and help translate business requirements into Salesforce technical specificationsUnderstand the business functional requirements and provide the feasibility study of the requirements from SalesForce Platform perspectivePartner with related Feature Teams/ Integration Teams for designing scalable solutionsPrepare High Level Design Document for the business requirements and host the design review sessionsPartner with project stakeholders and provide them required supportClosely work with Development team for resolving their queries and questionsMaintain integration diagrams for each Salesforce Org to all connected applications/environments.Contribute in all the phases of the execution including planning, design, development, QA, UAT and Production SupportImplement and follow best SalesForce and Industry practices in design, coding and implementationProactive Monitoring, Health DashboardsPrepare and maintain application health dashboard and monitoring for proactive issues identificationProactively setup Monitoring for existing integration feeds for issues impacting Salesforce (regardless of source) and help in resolution of these issuesIdentify opportunities for improvements (stability, scale, speed) and implement projects to recognize these gainsAnalyze the existing application and continuously work towards enhancing the overall application and performanceDevelop key features and provide required production issues support and resolution on need basisHost and run war room sessions from technical side with team for priority delivery items and production incidentsProvide required support and expertise in the areas of Sales Force Environment setups and deploymentsEnsure that application is scalable and support performance and load testing effortsContinuous Improvements using Emerging TechnologyContinuously Upgrade personal skill set to learn about new SalesForce Features like Agentic AI Implementations, Data Cloud 360, etc.Proactively come up with the improvement ideas in current application using the newer SalesForce released Features Ex. Agentic AI Use CasesAnalyze and Identify opportunities to make application more scalable and robustAnalyze Current Application, Workflow and identify and suggest the Automation opportunityEducation and ExperienceAssociate's Degree or Apprenticeship (required)10+ years' experience in Salesforce data solutionsSpecialized Experience, Education, Training, or QualificationsExpertise in APEX, Visualforce and SOQL, Salesforce lightning frameworkStrong working knowledge and expertise in databases and SQLExpertise in modern integration protocols including REST, SOAP, FHIR, KafkaExpertise in working with integration toolsets - FUSE, DenodoPrior experience in Java, .Net or any other open source frameworks is plusStrong communication and Collaboration skillsAbility to lead technical teams and provide guidance and support to other developers both within and outside the Salesforce ecosystemExperience in working in Onshore - Offshore team environmentExpertise in debugging through logs and identifying the production issuesCertificationsSalesforce Platform Developer I (required)Salesforce Field Service Consultant (required)Salesforce Integration Architect (preferred)What We'll Provide:More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
