Aviation Equipment Testing PositionOpenings: 2 Positions Shift: 2nd Shift Pay Rate: $21/hour Bonus Program: Up to $3,000 with updated payout structure: $1,000 after 14 days with perfect attendance $1,000 after 60 days $1,000 after 90 daysPosition Summary: We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to conduct standardized tests on a wide range of aviation equipment. This role requires accurate recording and analysis of test results to ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform industry-specific tests on aviation equipment following established protocols.Record detailed observations and analyze data to identify performance trends and potential issues.Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements.Collaborate with engineering teams to refine testing procedures and improve equipment reliability.Contribute to the development of safety guidelines and best practices within the aviation industry.Qualifications Required:24 years of experience in the field or a related area.Knowledge of industry-specific tests and tools (e.g., calipers, drop mics, bore gauges, inside/outside micrometers).Experience using torque wrenches and working with mechanical systems.Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.Ability to work under direct supervision and accomplish goals with limited experience and judgment.Physical ability to lift over 30 lbs and manage risks associated with testing.Reporting Structure: Typically reports to a supervisor.Additional Requirement: Candidates must be U.S. Citizens due to contractual obligations. Timekeeping Worker will utilize TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register the worker in Fieldglass on their behalf, as the worker will not need direct access.Education Requirement Policy: Will this position ever require Honeywell site access? Yes.
