Position: Warehouse CoordinatorDuration: TempShift: DayPosition Overview:The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate warehouse, inventory control, and shipping and receiving areas and to ensure the efficient operation of staging parts for the production department, time management, and allocation of staff.Job Responsibilities: The primary responsibility is to provide materials, supplies and parts to all production departmentsMaintain safety, quality and housekeeping standards in the warehouse and by its personnelMaintain and control the inventory systemCheck that orders pulled by Warehouse Order Puller are 100% accurate.After orders are pulled, clock out documentation via barcodeOversee the stock transfer, restocking, and locating of all new inventory in the WarehouseMay perform any other work-related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate supervisorCore Qualifications:2-3-year experience working in a warehouse environment High school degree required or relevant work experienceMinimum of one year experience in warehouse and shipping/receivingKnowledge and strict adherence to established QA, ISO and work instructions to meet all sales and shipment requirements warehouse operationsForklift certification with at least one year forklift experience in warehouse and loading/unloading delivery trucksSkills and Abilities:Proficient in MS Office Suite specifically MS Excel, and experience with ERP/MRP systemsAbility to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demandingMust be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skillsExhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy.Works well meeting multiple deadlines with the ability to deliver on timeExcellent written and verbal communications skillsExperience with physical and cycle counting methods
