This is a senior, high-accountability role for someone who understands roofing, works independently, and wants long-term upside - not a starter position. We provide the brand, leads, systems, insurance support, and operations. You focus on selling, supporting builds, and growing your territory. What You'll Do Run in-home and on-site roofing appointments Close residential and commercial roofing projects Be available during builds to support crews when needed Work surrounding neighborhoods during active projects Coordinate materials and field needs as required Manage jobs through completion and signed Certificate of Completion (COC) What You Don't Handle Scheduling Invoicing or collections Insurance supplementing CRM administration Back-office operations Travel Typical radius: up to 1 hour from your home base Storm support in other regions may be available Compensation & Benefits Commission-only (training pay during onboarding) Aggressive commission + completion bonuses Top performers earn $250,000+ annually Fuel reimbursement and company vehicle options What We're Looking For 2+ years of roofing experience Comfortable supporting crews during builds Self-directed, organized, and accountable Strong communication skills Valid driver's license Growth Opportunity This role is built for long-term performers.
