As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world.DutiesContribute to a team responsible for handling critical advertising platforms.Plan and design new software and web applications.Analyze, test and assist with the integration of new applications using Java and Go.Perform unit testing using Junit, GoMocks, and GitHub Copilot.Develop software applications using MySQL and DynamoDB.Containerize applications using Docker.Use AWS cloud services including Lambda, Amazon Personalize, S3, EC2, and OpenSearch.Build CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins.Develop software within an Agile development environment.Oversee the documentation of all development activity.Integrate knowledge of business and functional priorities.Act as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment.Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements.Conduct analysis to determine integration needs.Design and develop new software and web applications, and support applications under development.Customize current applications and develop software update processes for existing applications.Assist in the roll-out of software releases.Oversee the researching, writing, and editing of documentation and technical requirements, including evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, and formal recommendations and reports.Review literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects.Assist in tracking and evaluating performance metrics.Ensure the team delivers software on time, to specification, and within budget.Work with the Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.RequirementsBachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.Two (2) years of experience developing backend software using Java and Go.Experience performing unit testing using Junit, GoMocks, and GitHub Copilot.Experience developing software applications using MySQL and DynamoDB.Experience containerizing applications using Docker.Experience using AWS cloud services including Lambda, Amazon Personalize, S3, EC2, and OpenSearch.Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins.One (1) year of experience developing software within an Agile development environment.DisclaimerDisclaimer: This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
