Located in Addison, TX, Thrust Flight is committed to empowering individuals to achieve their aviation dreams.Role DescriptionReporting to the Director of Technology, the IT Support Specialist is responsible for daily end-user support, hardware deployment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and the ongoing administration of company IT systems across all locations. This position is onsite Monday - Friday at our Addison Airport location. RequirementsProvide end-user support across all locations: triage tickets, troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues, and escalate as neededDeploy, image, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheralsExecute employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, hardware staging, and access revocationMaintain hardware inventory: ordering, asset tagging, and lifecycle trackingAdminister networking, camera, and access control systems following vendor installation, including configuration, monitoring, and day-to-day troubleshootingRun cable and mount equipment for small additions, moves, and repairsCoordinate with vendors and contractors on new installations, escalations, and warranty supportAdminister Google Workspace user tasks, including account creation, password resets, and group managementManage Microsoft 365 licensing and Intune device enrollment and policyMaintain documentation, including ticket notes, asset records, and runbooksTravel periodically between Thrust Flight locationsQualifications1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar roleStrong Windows and macOS troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with Google Workspace administration (users, groups, Drive)Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 licensingWorking knowledge of VLANs, DHCP, and switch configurationStrong written communication skillsAbility to prioritize work independently across multiple sitesWillingness to perform occasional hands-on infrastructure work, including running cable and mounting equipmentValid driver's license and willingness to travel between locationsCompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications a plusNice to haveMulti-site IT experience, particularly in aviation, training, or hangar environmentsFamiliarity with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Mail, Workplace)Experience with Jira or other Atlassian toolsLight scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash)Experience administering camera, NVR, or access control systems
