Compensation Range: $50,000-$75,000
Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to dealership leaders across Michigan, driving hiring strategies that directly impact business performance. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process while influencing hiring decisions, building proactive talent pipelines, and elevating both the hiring manager and candidate experience.

What You'll Do :Act as a trusted hiring partner to General Managers and leaders across your market, helping define what great talent looks like and how to attract itBuild and execute sourcing strategies to proactively engage both active and passive candidates through multiple channels, including outreach, referrals, events, and job boardsOwn the candidate journey from first contact through offer, ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging experience at every stepPartner closely with hiring leaders to provide updates, share market insights, and guide confident, timely hiring decisionsCoach and influence managers on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and effective selection practicesKeep talent pipelines strong and active to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planningEnsure recruiting processes run efficiently and accurately, maintaining data integrity within the ATS and managing key steps like offers, transfers, and rehiresContinuously look for ways to improve how we hire, whether that's speed, quality, or overall experience for both candidates and hiring teamsWhat You'll Bring:Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting (automotive or retail a plus)Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levelsA proactive, results-driven mindset with a sense of urgencyExcellent communication and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fieldWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:
