This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales environment and is comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.While insurance experience is helpful, it's not required - we're open to candidates with strong sales backgrounds (including life insurance or other consultative sales roles) who are ready to apply their skills in the insurance space.Key Responsibilities:Generate and convert new business opportunitiesConduct needs-based conversations and recommend coverage solutionsManage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activityClose sales and contribute to team production goalsDeliver a strong customer experience throughout the processQualifications:Prior sales experience requiredBilingual Spanish/English preferredComfortable working Eastern Time Zone hoursInsurance experience preferred but not requiredStrong work ethic and ability to stay productive in a remote settingConfident communicator with a results-driven mindsetAdditional Notes: We're open to candidates from a variety of sales backgrounds, including those currently working with other carriers or agencies.
