We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.Position Summary: Assists in the delivery and merchandising of advanced sold products of pre-ordered product to assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product.Duties/Responsibilities:Check accuracy and stability of the loadDeliver products to customerMerchandise, display and rotate products according to company standardsInvoice and collect monies duePick up company propertySecure company assetsEnsure compliance with regulatory and company policies and proceduresSettle all accounts dailyAble to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assignedQualificationsEducation/Experience:High-School Diploma/GEDNo experience necessary – on the job training is performedMust be 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseFamiliarity with DOT regulations; must be able to meet all DOT physical requirementsDriving record within MVR policy guidelinesRequired Skills/Abilities:Communication SkillsDexterity SkillsProblem SolvingInterpersonal SkillsMust be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisorWork Environment: Depends upon the customer the employee is serving.
