Corporate Accountant

The Corporate Accountant will report directly to the Corporate Controller and will support the financial analysis and reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual information. The Corporate Account will assist with the preparation of financial statement and will help to support the company’s budgeting and forecasting activities. This position will be supporting multiple locations and will require experience in complex manufacturing accounting functions and reconciliation experience. This person must excel in a fast-paced work environment and have excellent time management skills. Responsibilities: Collect and analyze financial data and ledgers Create and manage budgets and monitor expenditures Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closings Retrieve financial statements and results, and generate periodical reports based on reviewed data Support the supervision of external and internal audits Explore potential risks by analyzing financial data, and create forecasts Develop suggestions to optimize business plans and resolve cos-related issues Requirements: 3+ years’ experience of working in a Corporate Accountant position with multiple sites. BSc or BA degree in Accounting, Finance or another related professional certification (such as CPA) will be a plus. Profound experience with risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting In-depth knowledge of accounting regulations and practices Good practical experience with finance software and MS office, particularly Excel Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail Good leadership and team building skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: Clyde, OH 43410 (Required) Work Location: In person
