Job DescriptionSenior DesignerLocation: Culver City, CASchedule: Hybrid (Tue-Thursday Onsite)Pay: Up to $53.25/hour DOEBenefits: Health, Dental, Vision and morePlanet Interactive is looking for a Senior Designer to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 6 month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and will require a hybrid schedule working out of their office in Culver City. This role could get extended for the right fit and if budget allows.The Senior Designer will be working on an iconic brand that meets at the intersection of retail, pop culture, and sports.Senior Designer ResponsibilitiesBring an edge of layout, typography, imagery, and trends to design pieces for packaging kits, retail marketing assets, promo kits, social, and more.Prep images for composition changes as well as editing for various asset needs- splicing, color, layering, and more.Handle design and layout for retail and media banners.Deliver light motion work as it pertains to short videos and social content.Create Keynote presentations for internal use.Take direction from the creative leads and Creative Director on visual design projects.Provide direction on visuals for product videos.Adhere to brand voice, tone, and brand identity.Ideate on how to bring trends, concepts, and visuals to life.Handle production and QC on design assets.Be an integral part of the Brand Design team working on a well known consumer product.Meet deadlines and timelines for projects assigned. Senior Designer Requirements4+ years' experience either in-house marketing team or agency.Bachelor's degree is required.Portfolio showing work that blends trends, unique thought, and an aesthetic that captures original work.Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Keynote.Ideally has worked on sports brands/ lifestyle culture brands, or has a passion for this space.Nice to have: Figma, After Effects, Cinema 4D or Final Cut.A strong eye for type, layout, and color.
