Minimum Qualifications Experience: 12+ years of IT program/project management experience, with at least 5 years managing federal IT operations contracts Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) Certifications (Preferred): Project Management Professional (PMP) ITIL v4 Foundation (minimum) ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist Experience Required: Demonstrated experience managing multi-tower federal IT operations (service desk, infrastructure, network, engineering) Experience with ServiceNow-based ITSM governance and reporting Experience with federal change control boards (ERB/CCB/ICCB or equivalent) Experience managing contracts with SLA-driven performance metrics and CPARS Experience with federal transition-in/out processes Experience managing staffing across multiple geographic locations Clearance: Must be US Citizen; Active Clearance a must
