Manager, Security Engineering, Identity Access Management

Overview In this role you lead Snap’s IAM-focused security engineering team, shaping authentication, authorization, and access governance across cloud and infrastructure. You will define scalable controls and drive security reviews and incident response for identity access. You’ll mentor engineers, align with cross‑functional partners, and push adoption of AI-enabled, secure development practices.
