About Us: EZ FILE NOW is a growing financial services firm providing individual and small business tax preparation services nationwide. We are currently expanding our team for the 2026 tax season.Position Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Tax Preparers. No prior tax preparation experience is required; however, candidates must complete our internal training program prior to preparing returns.This role is ideal for individuals interested in entering the tax industry and building professional experience in tax preparation and client services.Responsibilities:Prepare accurate individual and self-employed tax returnsCommunicate with clients to collect required documentationReview financial documents for completeness and accuracyMaintain compliance with IRS regulations and company policiesUse professional tax software to complete filingsMaintain confidentiality of client informationRequirements:Must complete required training program ($149 enrollment fee)Must obtain IRS PTIN prior to preparing returns ($19 IRS fee)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentProfessional demeanor and reliabilitySales or customer service experience preferred but not requiredCompensation:Commission-based structureMust find your on clientsPerformance-based growth opportunitiesFlexible remote schedule during tax seasonIf you are interested in gaining experience in the tax industry and working in a performance-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
