Project Manager - Bridge and Marine

Job DescriptionProject Manager - Bridge & Marine ConstructionPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in bridge construction to support complex heavy civil and marine projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through completion, with a focus on safety, schedule, cost control, and quality.The ideal candidate has experience managing bridge work in active construction environments, including over waterways and roadways, and is comfortable coordinating field operations, subcontractors, engineers, and owners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day execution of bridge and marine construction projectsOversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and change managementDevelop and maintain project schedules and monitor progressCoordinate closely with superintendents, field crews, and subcontractorsManage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applicationsLead project meetings with owners, designers, and inspectorsEnsure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety requirementsSupport preconstruction efforts including means and methods, scheduling, and constructability inputManage project closeout documentation and final deliverablesRequired Experience & Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on bridge construction projectsHeavy civil and/or marine construction experience requiredExperience with structural concrete, foundations, pile driving, and marine-related workFamiliarity with DOT or municipal transportation projects preferredStrong understanding of cost controls, scheduling, and project documentationProficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar)Strong communication and leadership skillsEducationBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferredEquivalent field experience consideredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceBonus potentialComprehensive benefits packageLong-term opportunity with a stable heavy civil contractorIf you are a Project Manager looking to join one of the area's leading heavy civil/maring construction contractors, either apply online or send your resume to Kenna Warren at kenna.warren@gogpac.com
