Job SummarySSTi is seeking a "Software Engineer" with experience in C++ coding and VxWorks. Preferably for missile systems and weapon system test equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide software development for missile system communications test setsProvide software development for SM-2, SM-3, SM-6, and ESSM Communications Test Sets and Monitor & Control UnitsParticipate in Waterfront Integration Tests (WITs), land-based tests, and flight test eventsReview and contribute to missile specifications, Interface Change Requests (ICRs), and system requirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience in software engineering using C/C++Experience with VxWorksActive Secret "security clearance"Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Aegis BMD, AAW, and missile flight test programsFamiliarity with Standard Missile initialization messages and telemetry formatsExperience with hardware/software integration for missile simulators and test equipmentExperience writing code in "C/C++" on real-time operating systems (VxWorks, DSP/BIOS, & TI RIOS)Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and federal holidays visit www.s-s-t-i.com/careers for more information
