A company is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to engage students across various marketing channels to encourage applications for roles. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement multi-channel communication plans to engage students at different stages Build and manage role-based communities to foster connection and reduce attrition Design and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy to convert interested students into placed candidates Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, preferably in Healthcare Proficiency in developing and executing scaled marketing plans Strong organizational skills and proficiency in HubSpot Experience in engaging with students both individually and at scale Motivated by expanding access to meaningful work in early-stage environments
