Area Director
We’re hiring an Area Director (Multi-Unit) — and this is a big one.If you’ve built your career in Fast Casual or QSR, and you know how to lead multiple restaurants through people, not just process… keep reading.This role will oversee up to 9 restaurants and oversee operations of General Managers, Assistant Managers and Team Members. It’s not a sit-back-and-review-reports kind of job—this is for someone who likes being in the restaurants, coaching, developing, and driving results in real time—including helping bring new restaurant openings to life.What this role is really about:Building strong GMs and future leadersDriving sales and profit without sacrificing cultureBeing present—in restaurants weekly, not behind a deskOwning the numbers (P&Ls, budgets, performance trends) and knowing what to do with themLeading and supporting new restaurant openings, from hiring and training to execution and stabilizationCreating consistency across all locations while still developing people individuallyWhat we’re looking for:at least 5 years of Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience is a must Fast Casual or QSR experience is required — candidates outside of this industry will not be consideredExperience with new restaurant openings (NROs) strongly preferredSomeone who knows how to balance people, operations, and financial performanceA leader who’s hands-on, visible, and genuinely enjoys developing othersStrong business acumen—you understand the story behind the numbersThe kind of leader who wins here:You don’t just manage restaurants—you build teams that outperform what they thought was possible.You hold standards, but you also build trust.You care about results, but you care just as much about the people getting there.Comp is competitive + bonus.If this sounds like you (or someone you know), let’s connect.
