Daily Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve patient outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care planning Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-care techniques Required Skills: Master's degree in Physical Therapy Experience in acute care, orthopedic, and geriatric settings Strong knowledge of treatment planning and interventions BLS certification Ability to work with pediatric and adult populations Nice to Have Skills: Experience in pain management and discharge planning Specialization in specific diagnoses or conditions Knowledge of care planning for post-COVID rehabilitation Company Information: Advantage Therapy Centers, established in 2001, is dedicated to providing personalized care to patients with respiratory and physical health challenges, including pulmonary and post-COVID rehabilitation.
