Production Specialist

We are partnering with an innovative biotechnology company seeking a Production Specialist for a short-term (3-6 month) contract opportunity supporting hands-on cell culture operations. This is an excellent entry-level role for candidates looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced bioprocessing environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine cell culture tasks under supervisionMaintain strict aseptic technique in lab and production settingsAssist with media preparation, sterilization, and basic lab operationsSupport bioreactor setup and monitoringAccurately complete batch records and documentationFollow established SOPs and safety protocolsWork collaboratively with production and technical teamsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fieldBasic knowledge of cell culture and sterile technique (academic lab experience acceptable)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols closelyWillingness to work onsite in a structured production environmentPrior internship or lab experience is a plus, but not required
