Our team is collaborative, mission‑driven, and committed to improving the communities we serve.We’re looking for a motivated Project Developer with 3–5 years of experience in engineering, architecture, construction, or facility operations to support the planning, assessment, and development of long‑range capital improvement projects.What You’ll DoProject Planning & Facility AssessmentsAssist in conducting facility condition assessments and documenting building system deficienciesGather field data, create technical write‑ups, and help evaluate system age, condition, and risksSupport the development of budgetary estimates and capital improvement recommendationsClient Support & CollaborationParticipate in client meetings and presentations alongside senior team membersProvide responsive communication, documentation updates, and follow‑through on client needsHelp prepare clear preliminary and comprehensive reports for client reviewTechnical & Design SupportCollaborate with engineers, architects, and construction managers during project developmentSupport creation of drawings, specifications, and construction phasing materialsAssist in reviewing cost estimates at key design milestonesContribute to RFP, Invitation to Bid, and public bidding support activitiesTeam & Organizational ContributionMaintain well‑organized project files and documentationAssist with business development tasks, client engagement, and participation in trade eventsWork effectively across multiple assignments, meeting deadlines with quality and accuracyWork with tools such as MS Excel, BlueBeam, and internal capital‑planning softwareWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field3–5 years of experience in engineering, construction, or facilities‑related workFamiliarity with building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, site, etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow professionallyAbility to travel to project sites; valid driver’s license requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn additional software toolsWhy You’ll Love Working HereYou’ll join a supportive, growth‑focused team where your contributions help shape safer, smarter, more efficient educational environments.
