Electro-Mechanical Assembler
This role involves performing electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations, including soldering, component installation, wiring, and testing of units such as power supplies, PC boards, and systems.Responsibilities IncludeInterpreting schematics, drawings, and work instructions to assemble components accurately.Using hand tools, soldering irons, and test instruments to mount, connect, and secure electronic parts.Performing inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and rework of assemblies to meet quality standards.Following safety procedures and maintaining detailed production records.Supporting assembly tasks such as encapsulating, cleaning, and bonding as needed.Qualifications And SkillsHigh school diploma with vocational or technical training and 2-5 years of related experience.Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Proficiency in hand soldering, component mounting, and basic electrical testing.Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and safety skills.Knowledge of ISO, Lean Manufacturing, and relevant software tools is preferred.The position offers a salary range of $39,000 to $52,000, with consideration of experience and skills.
