This position requires a candidate with strong analytical skills and experience in managing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and more. The Campaign/Inbox Manager will be responsible for ensuring that outbound campaigns are running smoothly, customer inquiries are managed promptly, and relationships are fostered for long-term success.The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of campaign management, strong English communication skills, experience with relevant tech stacks, and a passion for growth. The client places a high emphasis on quality, aiming to hire overqualified candidates to ensure that the highest standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management:Plan, develop, and execute outbound marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, social media, etc.).Ensure that campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.Manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely execution and proper segmentation for targeted audiences.Customer InteractionsAct as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering support and ensuring their needs are met.Provide timely follow-up on all inbound requests and questions related to campaigns and services.Proactively engage with clients to address concerns and nurture long-term relationships.Data Analysis And ReportingTrack campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.Analyze data from campaigns to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.Use data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for future campaigns.Collaborate with other departments (sales, product, marketing) to align efforts and ensure a unified approach to customer success.Process ImprovementContinuously evaluate current processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in outbound marketing and campaign management.Implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness of outbound strategies and customer management.QualificationsProven experience managing outbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Strong proficiency with tools like HubSpot, email automation software, and other relevant marketing tech stacks.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing campaigns.Ability to manage customer relationships, providing prompt responses and proactive engagement.A passion for growth and continuous improvement, with a keen ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
